If you don't experience noticeable improvements in your wrist or thumb tendon pain, or if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@coppix.co. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Conditions

• The return window is 60 days from the date you received the item.
• Returns must include all original parts, including the LiftHeal Copper band, the sizing tool kit, and any original packaging if available.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 5-7 business days.
